Phil, Hello, i just finished reading Wild Jusitce, and I must say that you have done it again! It was a fantastic story, and i couldn't put it down. I was a die hard fan of Gone But not forgotten, but Wild Justice was 10 times more intiguing. I do have a few questions for you though. After reading Gone, and Wild Jusitce, I noticed that they both took place in Oregon. I was just wondering if all of your books took place there, and if so is there a reason for it? I have also noticed that out of the two i have read, they are based around criminal acts, and the main characters are lawyers, is it the same with all of your other books? And thank for the reply the other day! I was looking forward to hearing from you, and im looking forward to another reply, Thank you, Shane |

| Dear Shane: All of my books are set in Oregon and have lawyer protagonists because I live in Oregon and practiced criminal law there for 25 years. Phil |

Dear Mr Margolin I have read three of your books so far; Wild Justice, Gone, but Not Forgotten, and Heartstone. I am unable to pick a favourite; they are all really good. I want to congratulate you on making it an absolute pleasure to read. Thank you. Buffy_101 |

This was a wild ride and produced some sleepless nights. By far the scariest Freak'n book I've ever read. I was wondering about the cop Bobby Vasquez, that found the heads in the fridge. Things didn't work out so well for him. Does he get another shot in another book? He seemed like an all around good guy. I think we've all truly known folks like him..sorry to see him go away. I'm through about half of your books, and you have a great style! Executive Privilege was my first, and I hope Dana Cutler shows up again somewhere down the line. Thanks! Scott |

| Scott: All my books are set completely or partially in Oregon because I live in Portland, Oregon. I was a criminal defense attorney for twenty-five years and handled 30 murder cases, several involving the death penalty. All of my books have lawyers and murders, but they are all very different. My last book, "Executive Privilege" asks whether a Pesident of the United States can be a serial killer and half of the book is set in Washington, D.C. Phil |
